We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Marketer to join our Internal Marketing team in our Miami office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our internal community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with Avenue Z’s internal marketing goals.Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) for Avenue Z’s social media channels.Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content.Collaborate with the internal marketing team to produce creative campaigns that engage and inspire our internal audience.Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase Avenue Z’s social media presence and engagement.Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of content, making recommendations for improvement.Engage with our internal community through comments, messages, and other interactions to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within an internal marketing or corporate communications setting.Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content management tools.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and emerging technologies.Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
