The Company

Everflow is a SaaS Partner Marketing platform for managing and scaling revenue from affiliates, partnerships, and marketing channels.

Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, we are based in Oakland, Montreal and Amsterdam with a distributed team across the NAM and EMEA regions.

We’re a bootstrapped company, over $20M ARR, that has grown through supporting happy customers that refer business to us and create word-of-mouth excitement. We’re the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including: Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.

This role involves working closely with Everflow’s SVP of Marketing, with a strong preference towards candidates able to visit our Oakland office once a week.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a product evangelist who can excite our audience with the value from new features, persuade existing customers to upgrade into new feature packages, and nurture leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Compelling Customer Communications

Promote upsell opportunities at the right moments via our existing channels.

Help increase stickiness of features by writing compelling content that will sell the value of new features.

Create customer milestone communications that spark conversations.

Nurturing Leads Into Customers

Keep us top-of-mind with relevant leads that aren’t ready to buy.

Utilize our extensive feature content and videos to provide value to prospects while keeping them engaged.

Work with the team to build an automation process for who enters/nurture flow on HubSpot.

Growth Team Enablement

Create effective assets and approved communications that help our growth team engage and upsell relevant customers.

Compensation

OTE $100,000 - $150,000 (varies based on experience & location).

Our ideal candidate

Experience handling Product Marketing at a SaaS company in the $20M - $100M ARR range strongly preferred.

Existing affiliate or partnership industry experience.

Strong grasp of technical concepts and ability to convey them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proactively hopping on calls with customers to better understand their needs and which features are most important for growing their businesses.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, especially customer success.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
