POSITION OBJECTIVE:

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving an effective integrated Omni Marketing and Communication strategy that aligns with business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the customer mindset to lead seamless integrated marketing programs for user acquisition and engagement across all platforms.FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Translates business, brand, and customer needs into Omni Marketing strategies to drive business objectives.Creates, optimizes, and evolves strategies to retain and grow customers with a customer-centric approach.Serves as the customer filter for marketing communications to ensure alignment and effectiveness.Builds collaborative relationships with various departments to facilitate marketing strategies.Partners with merchandising to develop marketing initiatives supporting business plans.Provides input on merchandise strategies and consumer benefits.Partners on key sales and brand priorities for campaign development.Leads cross-functional strategy influenced by brand business strategies.Builds cross-brand relationships and ensures budget compliance.Collaborates to optimize promotional programs and achieve sales goals.Manages budget and investments for Omni marketing.Leads the team planning marketing cadence for boutiques.Values individuality, diversity, and leads the team effectively.This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.12+ years of marketing/merchandising experience with a specialty retailer.High degree of understanding of creative and production processes.Ability to think strategically and contribute to strategy development.Supervisory skills.Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects.Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners.Excellent managerial, organization, and leadership skills.Occasional travel required.
