– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
– Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in a remote or digital environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Active LinkedIn account, strong local business network and knowledge of small business software, local market trends and businesses is a plus.
