Video Host/Content Creator – Firearms Industry

AT3 Tactical is a growing Minnesota-based manufacturer and ecommerce retailer of firearms parts and accessories.We’re looking for a Video Host/Content Creator who will create video content (long-form and short-form) for our rapidly growing YouTube channel and social media accounts.This position is based at our facility in St Michael, MN.We will consider both full-time and part-time candidates.Benefits of this position include:Rewarding, challenging work with a fun, friendly teamCompetitive pay and benefitsPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunity to work in a high-growth company in the firearms industry with a large existing YouTube audienceWho we’re looking for:Experienced on camera – you have experience in creating engaging content and you’re comfortable and confident on cameraPassionate about firearms – you love learning about, talking about, and shooting guns!Collaborative – you can work with your videography team to create an excellent final productReliable – you’re able to meet deadlines for script creation and filmingKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the video team in content calendar creationCreate well-researched video scripts based on our content calendarCollaborate with marketing team and other teams to understand business needs and account for them in videoCreate video titles and thumbnail ideasDrive improvement by understanding what types of content work best with our audience (both short-form and long-form video)Serve as on-camera talent in performing video scriptsCollaborate with the videography team in completing edits and B-roll, and creating an excellent final productCreate video descriptions and annotationsAnalyze key video metrics to drive improvementInteract with social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram.Create organic posts that drive engagement from our communityCreate social media content for posting by the social teamReply to comments on videosParticipate in video team meetingsOther duties as neededIf this sounds like you, we hope you apply!
