Eagle Eye is based in Austin, Texas, with offices in Amsterdam, Bangalore, and Tokyo.SummaryEagle Eye Networks Marketing is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Management to be a key member of our Marketing Creative team, leading content project and process flow as well as maintaining content creation, organization, and distribution in a global marketing and sales organization.This is not a content creator/copywriter role. You will be overseeing content creation from start to finish. Editorial experience is an important part of the role, but this is primarily a manager position that will involve a lot of cross-departmental coordination and project coordination among teams — a love of building, following, and optimizing processes is important.Working alongside the Senior Manager, Brand, this role will be responsible for maintaining editorial standards in our copy as well as the creation of a comprehensive, multi-channel content plan that helps build brand awareness and drives both inbound and outbound demand. The Senior Manager, Content Management will strategize, create, and manage both long- and short-form content development, ensuring consistency across all channels such as product launches, marketing campaigns, website, blog, customer success stories, social media, and more.This is a leadership role based in Austin, TX with the requirement to be in the office several days per week managing a small team.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain an organizational system for storing and distributing global marketing materials and contentManage content process, working with Creative Team to optimize output and prioritize projectsCreate scalable processes for translation projects and manage project flow as needed, including external resources to efficiently provide collateral in a timely mannerBuild and maintain editorial/content calendar that aligns with marketing needs to provide best-in-class collateral that’s on brand and gets resultsWork cross-functionally with other marketing disciplines including demand generation, product launches, and partner programsConcept, generate, and publish engaging industry-specific content that follows SEO best practicesSupervise content development and proof/copy edit to maintain brand voice and consistency across all deliverablesEnsure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection)Remain current on developments and generate new ideas to draw the attention of the audienceExperienceProven work experience as a content manager and writer/editor in a high-velocity demand generation environment (5-7 years)Detail-oriented work style and appreciation for organization, especially as it relates to maintaining an ever-growing content libraryDeep understanding of grammar, with prolific copy-editing skillsPassion for following and optimizing processes to make for efficient outputTime management and organizational expertExcellent communication and cross-functional skills – this is not an individual contributor role and requires constant collaborationComprehension of and familiarity with SEO and social media strategies and best practicesAbility to mentor and coach other marketing team members to improve their writing skillsExperience with Google Office Suite and Wordpress online publishingDegree in Journalism, Marketing, or relevant fieldBonus points for:Experience creating content in multiple languages for a global organization a major plusExperience in a B2B, SaaS, physical security, or AI-product industryVideo scripting and production would also be significantWhy work for Eagle Eye?Eagle Eye Networks is an innovative, global start-up building the only platform powerful enough to support the future of video surveillance and security.
