Parish Music Director

Responsible for serving as the music director for Sunday Mass with flexibility to provide accompaniment for special Masses such as holy days, weddings, baptisms, and funerals. The role involves attending training and planning sessions, recruiting and rehearsing cantors and musicians. The ideal candidate must have the ability to integrate music into liturgy, demonstrate keyboard proficiency, possess familiarity with liturgical music, have fluency in reading vocal scores and accompaniments, possess sight-reading skills, and have experience with music arrangement and selection as well as knowledge of copyright law.
