Marketing Manager, Brand Experience

is a pivotal role in shaping our brand image through sponsorships, affinity programs, events & B2B marketing in the Houston DMA. Develop and participate as the leader for key sponsorships, developing and executing large and community-based events, as well as execute marketing efforts to gain business customers. You will work closely with the marketing team and various internal & external stakeholders to create, lead, setup, staff and run impactful brand experiences and sponsorships, and generate new sales opportunities within the markets.Direct ResponsibilitiesEvent Marketing

- Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and acquisition of consumer and business customers. Collaborate with the marketing team and internal & external stakeholders to develop & execute Tachus' B2C & B2B event strategy, supporting and staffing marketing & sales events. Provide guidance and support to team members & brand ambassadors. Solicit, meet and discuss event plan with on-site, relevant parties (Sponsors, HOA/COA/POA leaders, Property Managers & any other relevant parties). Manage inventory of premiums and other giveaways.Sponsorships

-Primary leader to develop & lead sponsorship marketing efforts working directly with VP on negotiations. Maximize sponsorships via the event team to be on-site where possible or utilize sponsor assets to drive marketing acquisition efforts in the markets.Referral Programs

- Develop and optimize customer referral programs primary lead for program. Track & analyze performance of programs, recommend and implement improvements.Affinity Programs

- Develop & optimize affinity programs to provide opportunities for growth of brand & acquisition.B2B

Develop, lead & execute B2B marketing efforts including performance marketing efforts (social, digital, direct mail marketing, flyers, premium giveaways) and on-site events. Support B2B sales team with necessary branded materials, flyers, pricing sheets, giveaways, etc.Special projects & operations

- Work with Director of Marketing on incremental efforts and projects to manage marketing operational needs for the department, supporting overall team.Other duties as may be assigned.Qualifications

Skills And ExperienceBachelor's in marketing or related discipline required.Five (5) or more years of experience in carrying out sponsorships, consumer events and other project-oriented marketing efforts.Organized with an ability to independently manage resources, budgets and onsite personnel.Self-starter, able to conceptualize & execute best efforts to maximize brand through sponsorships, events and marketing efforts for both residential and business targets.Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.Confident and dynamic personality with an ability to deal directly and frequently with the public.Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM & HubSpotMust be able to assume and lead a high-performance team of individuals.Thrives in a cross-functional, team-based environment.Flexible schedule necessary to be able to attend marketing events both during and outside of normal business hours and days.Telecommunications, technology experience a plus!Physical activities include, but not limited to climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and lifting up to 30 pounds.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or status as a qualified individual with a disability or Vietnam era or other protected veteran.
