Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, website, blog posts, and social media.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).

Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our brand and products.

Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or agtech industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and content management systems.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
