Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Position Title: Marketing Graphics CoordinatorReports To: Marketing ManagerEmployment Status: FullKey Marketing Responsibilities:Creating and editing Pitch Books and/or Offering Memorandums in Adobe InDesignCreating all general marketing needs as requested by brokers: Creating Listing Brochure, Maps, Adding New Listings to the Website, Costar & Crexi, Email Blasts, Linked-In Posts, etc.Manage the company's online presence and marketing effortsOversee creative content development for social media, focus articles, and newsletterOversee all marketing, advertising, and other resources to ensure consistency with brandingAssist in email marketing campaigns, including company news, real estate listings, and other contentProcure and maintain contact data for various online and traditional marketing campaignsSupport the marketing manager in daily administrative tasksProficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)Proficiency with online advertising, social media, and website content developmentWorking knowledge of various social media platforms for monitoring and advertising purposesAbility to think creatively with proven attention to detail and work qualityPossess a passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.Must exhibit professionalism in appearance and performanceAbility to communicate with employees, clients, legal counsel, and others professionally and effectivelyPeople-oriented, dedicated to customer service, extremely organized, and attentive to detailExhibit pride in accuracy, organization, and quality of workAbility to work independently and with a teamBasic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentalsAbility to understand workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and set priorities to meet deadlinesAdministrative and marketing experience preferredEducation and Experiential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fieldsThree to Five years experience in marketing, real estate, and/or related field preferredSalary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
