NHA is searching for an experienced Graphic Design & Creative Manager with innovative thinking and an ownership attitude. This Manager will know our customers deeply and will help drive our creative and design strategy as well as lead the graphic design for all marketing communication. They will collaborate with marketing, sales and customer experience to continually demonstrate the impact our solutions have on successfully preparing the next generation of allied health professionals.

The Graphic Design and Creative Manager must be an organized, detail-oriented, driven & creative individual both in mind and heart who is passionate about our brand and driving value for our customers. They must be willing to lead the creative strategy as well as execute against our day-to-day graphic design needs. This role is fully remote.

This designer will bring the brand to life visually across a variety of mediums and understand how to do this for each of our audiences in a way that encourages engagement and helps with NHA’s demand generation and brand efforts. This person will be responsible for daily design needs of the business unit, more complex creative and concepting, and everything in between, working with external resources when needed to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and optimize lead generation and landing page creative that engages, creates interest and generates demand to achieve business results.Oversee the re-design of our website to better serve our customer needs; collaborate with stakeholders to manage website and portal needs.Develop and execute innovative ideas for engaging sales collateral that fosters conversations and drives business results.Design product launch and loyalty campaign creative including email, web, and digital assets.Provide design support and champion best practices and innovation to internal teams including customer experience, product, and tech & operations.Maintain our creative asset library (videos, images, brand assets; also manage related contracts and usage rights), keeping track of inventory and ensuring brand assets are accessible as needed to internal employees and vendors.Champion best practices and innovation for lead generation creative, user experience, and customer connectivity to improve engagement and action across all channels.Provide creative/art direction and concepting and project manage and execute key strategic design projects on-time.Leverage digital, design & tech stack best practices (e.g. HubSpot marketing automation) to create and implement engaging, ROI-driven campaign assets.Manage and give direction to freelance resources/designers.Propose creative resources, tools & processes to assist with efficiencies and engagement.Oversee the flow of requests and projects to give guidance on prioritization and resource allocation across internal/external resources.Review data/results of marketing efforts to propose and implement needed creative adjustments and apply learnings to future projects/asset design.Education And Experience

B.A., B.F.A. or B.S. in Graphic Design or related degree.3+ years of brand, creative, corporate, or ad agency specific experience.Excellent skills and abilities in both Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).Experience working with and/or managing vendors and freelancers and working in a team environment.Experience with design inside marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) preferred.Intermediate web design, development or intermediate HTML coding experience, a plus.Skills And Abilities
