The Marketing Analyst will be expected to handle outbound/inbound calls with potential customers and have them answer basic questions. Once a prospect has compiled the answers, the Marketing Analyst will transfer the call to a licensed Personal Mortgage Advisor.

Essential Functions:Contact potential customers to establish new business opportunities.Establish relationship and first impression of Nations Lending.Establish customer’s goals for refinancing or purchasing.Gather information about their current situation.Market yourself as well as the company and achieve production goals.Utilize materials, guides and other reference materials to provide best experience.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderSome college preferred but not a requirementBasic computer skillsPreferred Skills:Background in salesPrior call center experienceGreat communication skillsTime management skillsAbility to multi-taskExperience using a CRMNations Lending expressly prohibits any form of discrimination or unlawful harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, veteran status, sex (including marital status, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression).
