As a

Community Marketing Manager

for onX Offroad, you will be our connection to the community. You will be a conduit for our influencers, partnerships, and the day-to-day voice of the community through our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, forums) and at events. We are looking for someone who can represent onX Offroad through connecting with the community, which is why you must be authentic to this space and as excited as we are to clearly articulate the benefits of our product, ultimately driving more awareness and memberships. This role will report to the Director of Vertical Marketing for onX Offroad.As an onX Community Marketing Manager, your essential job duties and responsibilities will look like:

Maintain a deep understanding of the customer and the ability to communicate who that customer is to other members of the Offroad and Marketing team.Using your understanding of the community and ability to think outside the box, you will identify opportunistic relationships and partnerships that can further onX Offroad’s growth and communicate those through marketing efforts.Own and expand the onX Offroad MasterclassOwn and expand the onX community engagement through, but not limited to forums, social media, events, and ambassadors.Maintain a high degree of organization and be on track with all marketing and event executions.Work with the channel teams to determine content needs for their specific marketing effortsReport on KPIs for the program and how they ladder up to company-level goalsTravel to, participate in and execute events.WHAT YOU’LL BRING

At least five (5) years of professional, full-time experience in marketing, partnerships, or related roles, preferably within the outdoor industry or related outdoor/sporting goods sectors. Internships and co-op experiences can be included.Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with external partners, influencers, or brand ambassadors.Experience in executing marketing campaigns and events, with a demonstrated ability to measure and report on their effectiveness.Experience in and/or knowledge of the offroad industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values.Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX.Ability to travel up to 40%.WHERE YOU CAN WORK

onX was founded in Montana with offices in Missoula and Bozeman. If you prefer to work in an office at least part of the time, this is a great option.Basecamps : onX’s Basecamps are established virtual workforce communities where a sizable number of distributed team members group for work, volunteering, socializing, and adventure.

Our current Basecamps are located within a 90-mile radius of the following: Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Kalispell, MT; Minneapolis, MN; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; and Seattle, WA.

Connection Hubs : onX’s Connection Hub locations are smaller, emerging communities of distributed team members.

Our current Connection Hubs are located within a 60-mile radius of the following: Boise, ID; Charleston, SC; Charlotte, NC; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Richmond, VA; Spokane, WA; and Vermont.

HOW YOU’LL BE COMPENSATED

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $90,000 to $105,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.WHAT WE’RE OFFERING YOU
