Janssen Biotech, Inc. is part of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies.This individual will work directly with the Multiple Myeloma Product director to support transformational digital strategies to drive customer experience aligned to insights and brand strategy for critical brands in the growing Janssen Oncology Portfolio. This individual will work closely with brand leadership, team members and strategic partners (CS&O, IT, digital, alliance partners, and creative agencies, and vendors) to provide a differentiated experience for HCPs. This individual will contribute to our overall oncology portfolio solutions digital strategy to reimagine how we communicate and educate healthcare providers to supplement our traditional personal promotional approach with innovative, non-personal communication. This person will be responsible for supporting innovative digital vehicles and work closely with brands to support strategically aligned, compelling, timely, and personalized content for Oncology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage omnichannel roadmap and capabilities for brand(s)Identify new capabilities and opportunities to innovate with digital and analytics capabilities across customer stakeholdersEstablish mechanisms to measure key performance indicators, derive insights and continuously improve existing capabilities and campaignsEstablish relationships with key stakeholders such as brand marketing, sales operations, sales leadership, and analytics to integrate enterprise omnichannel goals at the brand and multiple myeloma portfolio levelLead field adoption and change management of Omnichannel in partnership with sales leadershipEstablish portfolio synergies to drive efficiencies and enhanced stakeholder experience across all Oncology brandsPartner with CE to deliver monthly reportingManage creative selection/development through execution working across numerous internal and external stakeholders to drive omnichannel excellenceWork with agencies and promotional / regulatory and medical to ensure content aligned to complianceProvide operational support where necessary to execute aligned measurement frameworkPartner with legal, compliance and regulatory to ensure solutions, strategies and tactics are compliantQualifications:A Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience is required.Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing that includes FDA regulatory and legal environment and HCC regulations is required.Omnichannel, digital experience, and agency experience preferred.Experience with cross channel, journey-based promotional execution preferred.Experience in Healthcare is preferred.Alliance experience is preferred.Excellent leadership, problem solving and management skills.Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.Ability to connect the dots: Following recent advances in technology and analytics, understand critical success factors and generate experiences that truly address the need.This position requires up to 20% domestic travel, with limited international travel.#eradicatecancer #janssenbreakthroughJohnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
