Job Summary

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will plan and create the marketing initiatives for our regional homebuilding departments. You will take an active role in creating and maintaining high-quality presentation materials and generating activities that increase traffic flow for select division teams. These Skills Will Be Used To

Analyze division and community results at all stages of the sales funnel and provide strategic recommendations to Division teams for improvements.Facilitate monthly division marketing meetings and biweekly Sales Manager meetings ensuring attendees are up to date on current metrics, initiatives, and efforts to improve areas of focus.Assist with advertising efforts across digital and print mediums, targeting the appropriate target market.Manage communication efforts through email and mass text marketing.Help optimize the website to ensure the greatest visibility on search engines and MLS syndication through content, blogging, and copywriting.Maintain regional pages on fischerhomes.com, ensuring material is current and correct.Promote, plan, and attend events for future clients, Realtors, and homeowners.Participate in the New Community Start-Up process by attending necessary community and model review meetings, completing community theming, and ensuring a successful Sales Release.Ensure that Fischer Homes' communities, models, and market homes serve as excellent sales tools by conducting Quality Control Tours and providing feedback to divisions.Conduct market research activities to assess the latest trends and competition.Coordinate with the numerous internal associates to ensure accurate data and to obtain collateral materials.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Two years of experience working in marketing or creative field.Experience working with Canva, Social Media Platforms, Task Management Programs, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, HubSpot CRM.
