We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help create and ultimately execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for our healthcare provider side of business. You will be responsible for developing strategies, in partnership with the Marketing Director, to create demand for PatientPoint products among new and existing customers. You will work closely with Product and Sales teams to develop a deep understanding of the needs of various audience segments, key personas, and buying process. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and equipping sales teams with marketing resources that help generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.Primary Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:

Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growthCollaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environmentsArticulate the value proposition of products, capture features and benefits, and translate these details into compelling messaging and contentEnable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, email templates, and trainingCommunicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activitiesTrack and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordinglyDesired Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a healthcare-related settingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business resultsStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and content management systemsProficient in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsDemonstrates a highly creative mindset capable of thinking outside the box and developing innovative marketing campaigns with a fun approachHighly developed presentation and written communication skillsHigh adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:
