Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Marketing Analyst who is proficient in SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Tableau to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building out campaign automations, optimizing fan journeys, and visualizing marketing analytics to drive actionable insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing automation strategies.

Design and implement data-driven segmentation strategies to personalize marketing communications and improve campaign effectiveness.

Leverage SQL to extract customer data from our internal data warehouse, allowing for the creation of highly targeted email lists based on specific criteria defined by decision-makers.

Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc., to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize marketing analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign automation, or a similar role.

Proficiency in SQL for querying complex, historical data sets and data manipulation

Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is an exempt (salary) position. Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
