Position Overview: Job PurposeThe Lead Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate leads for our business, working closely with our external digital agency. This position oversees all aspects of lead generation campaigns, from identifying target audiences and developing creative content to monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will help us identify the best ways to reach the brands we serve via conferences, events, brand and industry-specific webinars, and through referrals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the digital agency to create and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertisingDevelop and implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to convert leads into customersAnalyze campaign performance data and provide regular reporting to senior management, usinginsights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROIWork with the marketing agency to develop creative content, landing pages, and emailtemplates that are optimized for lead conversionDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audiences, and use this knowledge toinform campaign strategy and messagingManage the lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and implementing data privacy and security protocolsCollaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales teamStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation, and use this knowledge to continually improve our campaignsRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in lead generation marketing, preferably in an SMB contextStrong project management skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple campaignsDemonstrated expertise in using digital channels to generate leads, including email marketing,social media advertising, and search engine marketingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively withinternal and external stakeholdersStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform campaign strategy and optimizationFamiliarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, and SalesLoftis preferredPerformance IndicatorsNumber of leads generatedConversion rateLead-to-close ratioReturn on investment (ROI) by lead source and optimization of spendEngagement rateGrowth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and new brands
