Role Overview:As a Brand Designer at Presh Marketing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of marketing strategies specifically tailored for the IT sector. You'll be part of a process that begins with foundational branding and extends through various marketing tactics to attract and convert prospects. Your creativity and design expertise will contribute to the agency's goal of building strong, lasting relationships with its clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine the visual identities for IT service providers, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.Design innovative marketing materials targeted towards the IT industry, including digital ads, social media graphics, and print collateral.Work in a structured marketing process, from foundational branding to executing diverse marketing strategies.Collaborate with a team that values long-term partnerships with clients, offering creative solutions that align with their internal objectives.Engage in a comprehensive approach to marketing, contributing to each phase from lead conversion to customer acquisition.Present design concepts to both internal teams and clients, effectively communicating your creative vision.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, a related field, or relevant work experience3-5 years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house settingA strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in brand identity development, digital marketing, and advertising.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with web design principles (UX/UI)Exceptional understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and graphic designProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environmentExperience designing for HubSpot's Content Optimization SystemExcellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsA creative problem-solver with meticulous attention to detailVideo production from concept to delivery.
