Our organization is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Marketing Manager. This key team member will be an integral part of shaping our brand and product strategy, with a primary focus on driving awareness and boosting sales. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the execution of marketing programs tailored to our unique market positioning.Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Execution (35%):

Conduct in-depth research to identify marketing opportunities, analyze market trends, and assess competitor reviews and sales data.Actively contribute to the implementation of brand strategies across diverse marketing channels and touchpoints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns aligned with the established brand strategy.

Agency Management (20%):

Work closely with external marketing and advertising agencies to execute various projects, such as catalogs, brand guidelines, campaigns, and packaging changes.Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director to identify project needs, objectives, and timelines for agency execution.Assist in developing project briefs and creative directions to guide agencies in their deliverables.Provide comprehensive product and brand information to agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

Product and Category Strategy (35%):

Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, identifying category trends.Explore consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies.Analyze pricing strategies, considering market dynamics and competitor pricing.Create product comparisons against competitors.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product/category strategies in the market.Support the New Product Development process.

Advertising (10%):

Manage the advertising budget and ensure timely delivery of assets to magazines and key clients.Maintain the marketing calendar and create briefings and copies.Collaborate with internal teams to align and approve creative content.Work closely with the creative team to deliver high-quality assets promoting the brand and products.

Background in CPGNeed to be hands-onThis is a hybrid role in the Northeast.
