AI Prompt Design & Content Specialist

Position Summary:As an essential member of the Content & SEO Services team, this position will be responsible for planning and executing generative AI strategies on behalf of Sitation’s clients. This position requires strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. It also requires ongoing use of generative AI, and the ability to leverage technology for efficiencies. This position does not require technical expertise in SEO or genAI, though it does require a strong sense of product content analysis/evaluation and writing skills.Responsibilities:
Consulting clients on AI, content, and PIM best practices to improve efficiencies and optimize performance.Developing, testing, iterating on and refining content creation prompts to produce relevant and engaging content.Analyzing content performance to inform iterative content strategy and creative direction.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user preferences and tailor AI output to improve recommendation algorithms.Developing and delivering presentations and reports to clients, showcasing results and strategies.Working autonomously and managing projects as needed; shepherding POCs, projects, and ongoing AI engagements through established processes.Maintaining working knowledge of our evolving software solutions while working with colleagues to build shared knowledge.Working collaboratively with client stakeholders, project managers, account managers, and other teams to ensure customers are set up for success to meet established KPIs/goals.Delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, including detailed record-keeping of work hours in time tracking software.Assisting with sales and marketing processes, including marketing material creation, demos, scoping, etc., as needed.Executing stretch assignments as needed to foster growth and new skills.Building AI, SEO, and technical web knowledge.Participating in a Best in Class Team by fostering a team environment of reliability, support, and respectful debate.Assisting with other AI, content, or SEO projects and initiatives as requested.Providing excellent service and clear communication to clients.Qualifications:
Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative writing and editing experience.Strong command of the English language and grammar.Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and user feedback for content optimization.Self-motivated with ability to proactively manage multiple projects.Strong and effective communication (both written & oral) and interpersonal skills.2-3 years of experience of project management preferred.2-3 years experience with product catalog and product content at a brand/manufacturer preferred.Familiarity with prompt development and AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and LLaMA preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (journalism, marketing, creative writing).
