To build on the momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. Under the supervision of our Director of Marketing and Public Relations, the ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, web design, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Objectives of this role

Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategyResponsible for up-keeping website and social media outlets up to dateEnsure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generationResponsibilities

Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, website development and up-keep, updating calendars, newsletters, and activitiesCommunicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotionPlan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing listsRequired skills and qualifications

Experience in marketing coordination or similar roleKnowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, website management, and social media marketingExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred skills and qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or communicationsGraphics design, website management, and editorial experience preferred.
