Our Creative Manager must possess a clear and compelling vision for each project, taking the client's brief, target audience, market trends, and brand identity. The primary responsibility for this role is to translate this vision into a creative strategy and a detailed brief for the team, outlining objectives, requirements, expectations, and guidelines. This role involves presenting and pitching ideas to the executive team for feedback and approval.

Staying current with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and best practices in the creative industry is essential. The Creative Manager researches and explores new ideas, methods, and solutions to enhance the creative process. They recruit, train, motivate, and mentor team members, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and resources needed for optimal performance. They assign roles and responsibilities, delegate tasks, monitor progress, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

This role oversees the entire creative process from ideation to execution to evaluation. The Creative Manager plans and schedules projects, sets deadlines and milestones, tracks and reports on progress, and ensures that projects meet quality standards and client expectations. They coordinate and integrate creative work with other project aspects, such as marketing, sales, production, distribution, and testing. Additionally, the Creative Manager oversees product and client campaigns, product packaging, social media strategies, tradeshows, print and digital creative, copywriting, and branding.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Setting a vision: Providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, encouraging a culture of collaboration and innovation

Collaborating with departments: Understanding project requirements, deadlines, and constraints

Working with clients and reviewing behavior and feedback to learn their requirements and vision for a product and our brand

Leading creative projects: Developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution

Managing and growing our creative team: Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback

Inspecting finished work: Ensuring quality and consistency with the company brand

Managing budget and measuring ROI

Analyze and report on campaign performance to enhance customer engagement and retention

Oversee Tradeshow/Group Management

Passionate about learning tools and software to maximize and streamline processes and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent experience

A passion for marketing and creating captivating content is required. We can teach skills; we can’t teach passion.

People expertise

Knowledge of creative disciplines, such as graphic design, video editing, and communication

Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft, Dynamics, and ClickDimensions is a plus

Experience with email marketing and social media advertising

Experience with online retail platforms

Graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, and photography experience

Experience with Tradeshow/Group management

Knowledge of how to build automation campaigns

A hunger to learn and an ability to manage projects from inception through implementation
