About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Incident Response Services, CrowdStrike’s industry-leading breach response services portfolio. This role will drive strategy and go-to market around the IR offering and partner closely with services delivery, business development, marketing, and sales teams to bring exciting new innovations to market, drive value to our customers, and grow our position as the IR provider of choice for stopping breaches.We are the clear leader in Incident Response Services, with experience responding to the most consequential breaches of the last decade, as well as a Leadership position in major analyst reports. We need your passion and marketing ability to capitalize on this unique opportunity and achieve an even stronger position.You will work with the best in the industry, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this important position. To be successful, you’ll need to be a strong subject matter expert across multiple domains of cybersecurity. You’ll need to develop clear and crisp messaging and positioning for CrowdStrike IR Services and other related services.What You'll Do:Category creation: Own the category evolution to continue dominating existing markets, and drive category creation for new offerings.

Positioning: Create sharp, bold and differentiated positioning with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.

Business Growth: Drive awareness, adoption, and growth CrowdStrike Incident Response Services and the CrowdStrike Services Retainer.

PMM Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage our overall product marketing strategy for Incident Response Services and associated service offerings.

GTM Leadership: Engage with cross-functional teams to help design, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy that drives measurable results.

Content Creation: Develop fresh content including collateral, thought leadership assets and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer's journey.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales and alliances teams to ensure the value proposition, assets, training, support structures, and incentive plans are all in place for a strong sales motion in line with our product and ecosystem capabilities.

Market and Competitive Intelligence: Be the expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive offerings across the cybersecurity landscape and how this intersects with our offerings. Use this to drive differentiation and influence overall planning.

Trusted Evangelist: Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and public speaking.

What You'll Need:8-11+ years of cybersecurity product marketing experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering preferred. MBA from a top tier program is recommended, but not required.
