Canada.About the opportunityPut your imagination to the test and join one of the most exciting places to be in HCM technology as a Competitive Intelligence Marketing Manager. We are seeking a collaborative and outcomes-oriented candidate to lead our competitive intelligence strategy on a global scale. In this role, you will report to the VP, Market Positioning and Strategy and be a part of our growing effort to optimize Dayforce's product, positioning and go-to-market alignment with the everchanging HCM market context, working closely with colleagues in sales, product and technology, marketing and communications and other functions. Besides working on one of the most energetic teams within Dayforce, you will get to bring your authentic self to work and feel that you truly are making a difference.What you’ll get to doStudy the HCM Technology market and key competitor events/updates globally and by region related to product, customer experience and go-to-market.Establish, maintain and update Dayforce’s competitive intelligence assets, and utilize feedback to optimize them over time.Identify and utilize internal and 3rd party collaborators to maximize the relevance and impact of competitive intelligence research.Participate in broader market sensing activities and deliverables, to support optimal understanding of market trends across Dayforce functions.Support the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in the creation of various assets (e.g. positioning, messaging, training) to drive revenue enablement at scale.Support high-profile projects through tailored competitive intelligence research and advice.Maintain and communicate a high set of competitive intelligence ethical standards, ensuring that all competitive intelligence is gathered from appropriate sources and collection methodologies are proper and in line with Dayforce’s code of conduct.Skills and experience we valueHave an ownership mentality, from conception to execution.Breathe enthusiasm and curiosity for HR and future of work trends;such as employee experience, wellbeing, impact of emerging technologies (e.g. AI), talent management and others.Love building authentic relationships and bringing out the best in people.Demonstrate ability to develop, prioritize and deliver on initiatives that deliver most valuePossess strong analytical skills, with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources (primary and secondary) and tell an impactful story.Have a tenacity for finding new ways and approaches to solve challenges, and for perfecting these approaches by listening to stakeholder feedback.5 years or more prior experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis or research related to Human Capital Management (HCM) or other enterprise technology.Great oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex sets of information into concrete, action-oriented advice for diverse audiences (e.g. sales, marketing, product, corporate strategy).What would make you really stand outPrior experience in sales, product strategy or product marketing will be highly beneficial to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.What’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
