Job Description Your JobThe KES marketing team is looking for a versatile Content Strategist to lead content planning, development and distribution. This role will be responsible for partnering with the segment marketing and communications teams to activate content strategies across the globe.As a member of the marketing and communications team, you will be a strategic partner to KES businesses and capabilities, seeking to understand objectives, identify marketing and communications solutions, and challenging status quo to drive desired outcomes. In collaboration with colleagues and creative partners, you will drive the creation of channel and content strategies, inform creative design and format, and manage distribution across external owned and paid channels. You will work in a dynamic environment, where you will play a key role in solving complex challenges and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.Our TeamPartnering with business and capability leaders to understand their objectives, acting as a preferred partner to identify where communications and marketing can contribute to significant value creation, and challenging as thought leaders to drive desired outcomes.What You Will DoDevelop and execute content and channel strategies aligned with business-specific marketing goals, collaborating closely with segment marketers.Direct and oversee content creation by third-party creative agencies; ensure timeliness, quality, and consistency.Manage multi-channel content distribution, ensuring effective reach and engagement with target segments.Maintain brand consistency across all content, while allowing for segment-specific adaptations.Tailor content for different market segments, including customization and localization as needed.Partner with analytics team to monitor content performance, leveraging insights to enhance content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates.Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.Implement effective SEO strategies to maximize content visibility and audience reach.Oversee the content lifecycle, including updating and retiring outdated materials.Experiment with Generative AI.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Proven track record of developing and executing successful content and channel strategiesExperience managing a large content portfolio across diverse platforms and formatsExperience connecting content plans to business goals and customer and market insightsExperience guiding content creation processes, maintaining quality and brand voiceProficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing platformsExperience collaborating across a wide range of disciplines, including internal marketing, sales and commercial, and external creative partnersWhat Will Put You AheadExperience conducting channel and audience research to inform content strategyWillingness and ability to experiment with, and apply new technologies, focused on profitable outcomes, particularly generative AI and marketing automationExperience in the manufacturing and/or industrial sector and/or Fortune 500 companiesAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
