We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
with experience working in the federal market space to guide and lead all proposal and marketing efforts. A successful Marketing Manager has the ability to employ marketing and business development strategies through acquiring new work and fostering customer retention. They support business objectives, and advance brand building and brand outreach to diversify the company’s profile. Exercises managerial authority and coordinates proposal completion work personally or through marketing specialists.
Creates, monitors, reviews, and updates SF330s.
Oversees and maintains standard project resumes, personnel resumes, and past performance evaluations.
Develops and maintains a metric tracking system for many marketing statistics, including, but not limited to win rate at different facilities/types of projects.
Identifies opportunities and uses programs to capture data and prepare/submit marketing reports.
Maintains a marketing and proposal due date calendar.
Assistants with internal communications.
Education and Experience
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, English, Marketing, Communication, or similar field.
Work Experience: ten or more years’ related experience in all aspects of A/E Business Development.
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred.
Travel
Available to travel up to 35% of the time.
Supervisory
Responsibility for supervision of Marketing Department staff.
Salary Range:
$100,000-$135,000
