We are seeking a dynamic individual for a prominent position at Burlington Medical, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital footprint and clinical education strategy. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and adept at translating strategy into action. You will demonstrate a track record of independent execution while also excelling in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external partners. This multifaceted role encompasses the full spectrum of marketing activities, including strategic positioning, compelling messaging, innovative creative development, fostering sales partnerships, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and orchestrating successful product launches.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and execution of Burlington Medical's digital presence strategy, encompassing website optimization, social media engagement, and digital advertising campaigns.

Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive Clinical education strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Drive the launch planning, execution and optimization of an e-commerce platform to shift sales to a self-service, web-based platform.

Collaborate closely with Sales teams to develop and execute sales enablement initiatives, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate Burlington Medical's value proposition.

Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to streamline processes and optimize the customer journey, enhancing overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners, leveraging their expertise to enhance marketing efforts and drive results.

Champion a customer-centric approach across all marketing activities, ensuring that messaging and positioning resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.

Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field, collaborating on content creation, thought leadership initiatives, and advocacy programs.

Analyze and interpret data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of strategies and tactics.

Website Performance: Monthly unique visitors, average time spent per session, conversion rate on the e-commerce platform.

E-commerce Success: Total sales revenue, average order value.

Clinical Education Impact: Reach of educational materials, feedback from healthcare professionals.

Sales Enablement: Increase in sales team productivity, effectiveness of provided tools and resources.

Partnership Effectiveness: Successful collaborations established, impact of partnerships on marketing efforts.

Customer Satisfaction: Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer retention rate.

Thought Leadership: Recognition as a thought leader, participation in industry events.

Data-Driven Optimization: Improvement in key metrics, ROI for marketing initiatives.

Industry Influence: Visibility and influence within the industry, engagement in industry activities.

Brand Awareness: Growth in brand recognition, sentiment analysis of brand mentions.

Requirements/Skills

Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEO techniques for optimizing website performance.

Experience in e-commerce platforms and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads for driving e-commerce success.

Knowledge of medical education and proficiency in survey tools for clinical education impact.

Expertise in sales enablement platforms like Salesforce and strong project management skills.

Strong networking and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in collaboration tools for effective partnerships.

Deep understanding of customer experience and experience in implementing customer feedback mechanisms, supported by tools like Power BI for customer satisfaction.

Subject matter expertise and experience in public speaking, supported by presentation software for thought leadership.

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI for data-driven optimization.
