Our job is to help those non-profits meet their mission and grow their membership through the work of our talented, dedicated team.We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing Quest Oracle Community team! The Quest Oracle Community is dedicated to creating a community and digital experience that is changing the way users of Oracle enterprise software solutions connect, share, and learn. As Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Quest marketing team and will be responsible for driving prospect and member engagement through digital content creation, as well as membership marketing and strategic programs promotion for our Oracle product communities: JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud applications, and Move to Cloud. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who leverages their proven marketing skills to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans to expand Quest's prospect funnel and engage the Quest member community. This is a hybrid position with weekly presence required at our Lexington, KY office.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the Marketing lead for prospect marketing, membership marketing, community engagement and partner marketing, developing and executing impactful marketing strategies and tactical plansGet hands-on building content and campaigns, including: digital content creation, strategic content center development, copy creation, organic social campaigns, paid digital campaigns, website messaging & development, and automated email campaignsDevelop new digital content leveraging existing event session replays, photos, and other assets (eg digital ads, video shorts, compilations, demo reels, etc.)Serve as key community-specific liaison to the Education and Customer Engagement teams, working side by side to plan campaigns that drive successful prospect funnel expansion, new member acquisition, existing member renewals & winback, special programs enrollment, registration for Quest webinars and online learning series, and visibility for Quest blogs and event contentMonitor and report metrics for all campaignsWork with the Vendor Relations team to build the Quest partner community, developing campaigns to raise awareness and drive new partner participationProvide cross-team support for email QA processOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSBachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing or related field) and 5-7 years related professional experienceHighly motivated individual with exceptional written & oral communication skillsExperience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Captions, and/or other video/photo editing tools requiredPrior experience with automated email platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, Constant Contact, MailChimp, HubSpot requiredProven ability to prioritize responsibilities and multiple projects, work independently and with a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with digital advertising platforms, including campaign set-up & management would be a plus (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software requiredLight to moderate business travel requiredEnjoy working in a true team environmentWHY JOIN ASSOCIATIONS INTERNATIONAL?We hire diverse and talented people who drive the success of our partner associations by bringing their talents, passions, and expertise to the team.
