A Healthcare facility in Anchorage is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist.Accounts Payable Specialists are responsible for validating and processing supplier invoices and employee expense reports while maintaining accounting controls. Additionally, they will do online invoice matching as well as electronically routing invoices for approval.The Accounts Payable Specialist will also maintain excellent communications with vendors, company buyers, and internal customers. They must thrive in a high volume, fast-paced, evolving environment.The ideal candidates possess strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and need to work well independently, as well as within a team setting.In addition to a strong knowledge of accounts payable, the ideal candidate will have an overall understanding of accounting principles.Preparing and maintaining proper records for all accounts payablePreparing various internal payroll reportsFollowing standard accounting practices and proceduresData entry and 10-key typing skills with accuracyThis is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with pay starting at $26/HR depending on experience.RequirementsHigh school diploma/equivalent2 years of AP experienceStrong computer skills - Proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelBackground will be viewedDrug-free environmentApplicants never pay fees when applying with or working for TDL Staffing.Begin your application online at Apply Now.
