Marketing Manager

JSM is a leading property management and development firm located in Champaign, IL dedicated to providing exceptional service and experience to our clients and residents. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us continue to support the company’s growth and reputation.What you’ll doThe Marketing Manager will assist the Director of Marketing & Sales with the planning and execution of various marketing and sales initiatives from idea to execution to ensure the organization’s message is clearly defined and distributed across all channels. The essential functions of this position are listed below:Develop and coordinate JSM marketingefforts to build brand awareness through various channelsManage the scheduling and execution of photography and videography of JSM properties, including managing part-time stagehands and staging inventoryManage the audit and update process to ensure consistent representation of each property across digital and print marketing platformsAssist with implementing and monitoring paid digital advertisingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support leasing efforts and resident eventsIdentify direct and indirect market competitors and compile current data regarding their offeringsDesign and oversee print production of all graphic design materialsManage the company’s online presence including website, social media, and email campaignsManage the company’s digital community platform, including updating the community feed and monitoring feedbackCoordinate and distribute promotional and collateral inventoryManage the company VIP program and its marketing to VIP cardholdersRepresent the company in applicable community organizations, events, and committeesWhat you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field5 years of professional marketing experience with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platformsHighly organized with excellent project management skillsValid driver's licensePerks and BenefitsSalary will be based on prior experience and will include the following benefits:Paid vacation, sick, and holidaysBirthday off with pay401(k) with employer matchingHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid weekly!
