NeoSystems is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its CMMC Managed IT and Managed Security Service Offerings for DoD contractors. The Product Marketing Manager will also be responsible for our Microsoft co-selling/co-marketing programs. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding market trends, analyzing competitor offerings, and positioning our offerings in the market. They will be focused on messaging, strategy, and effectively communicating product value. They will also be responsible for positioning the company and our offering with Microsoft and for our presence on the Microsoft Marketplace and Partner Center.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Office, the PMM must bring a strong understanding of the CMMC program and its underlying NIST 800-171 requirements, must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with Technical/IT, Cybersecurity/Compliance, and non-technical business audiences. The successful candidate must be able to act strategically and tactically.ResponsibilitiesCreate clear concise messaging that conveys product value and effectively positions our products in the market.Create marketing content for the web and for marketing programs and campaigns including case studies, white papers, and blog postsPerform analyses of competitor companies and their offeringsDevelop and implement go-to-market strategiesWork closely with product development teams to deliver products that align with market needsCreate sales enablement tools, like pitch decks, datasheets, and demo videosWorking with the Director of Corporate Marketing, design and execute creative awareness and lead generation programsCreate clear concise messaging that aligns our offerings with Microsoft solution areas and conveys our value to Microsoft Sales and MarketingCreate tools and briefings to enable Microsoft sellers to sell our products and servicesCreate product offers for the Microsoft Marketplace with solution level collateral. Maintain our presence on the Marketplace.Monitor and manage our qualifications for targeted Microsoft solution designations.Maintain our presence on the Microsoft Partner CenterIdentify and pursue appropriate Microsoft programs and incentives,QualificationsEffective communicator with strong verbal and writing skills. An ability to decipher and effectively simplify complex information that can be easily digested by target audiences and stakeholders.Cybersecurity and compliance background with a strong understanding of the CMMC program and the NIST 800-171 frameworkStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisionsSignificant product marketing and development experienceFirm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns5+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing or Product Management positionDemonstrated reliability, integrity, honesty, and respect for others and their work.Demonstrated desire for continual learning and growth.Ability to effectively work independently or as a member of a team.Desirable QualificationsExperience in a marketing or product role with a CMMC RPO, C3PAO, MSP or MSSPDemonstrated experience leveraging unique value propositions to develop competitive product positioning.Preference for a fast-paced, growth environment where everyone is expected to take on additional responsibilities and collaborate to hit company targets.
