The Marketing Specialist, Trade Shows, is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while helping to oversee and coordinate event preparations for sales and marketing purposes.Responsibilities include:

Assist in the execution of all sales and marketing events to support business goals.Project manage and develop timelines to ensure event deadlines are met. This will involve communication with cross-functional teams that are part of the process, these include but are not limited to marketing, sales, logistics, and multiple third parties.Participate in event-related discussions across the sales division and work as part of the marketing team as you will be a key facilitator in the event planning process.Be a lead contact for all event-related communications, this will include working with event hosts, engaging with our booth vendor, handling tradeshow logistics planning, as well as organizing any printed or promotional materials.Track and manage budgets (excluding T&E) for each event in order to keep them aligned with projected marketing budget goals.Manage the accurate and timely transfer of leads gathered from trade shows into Salesforce database, as well as maintain documentation of lead upload procedures.Requirements:
