The ideal candidate will understand the core strategies, channels, metrics, and levers needed to optimize sophisticated account-based marketing and vertically focused campaigns.You’ll report directly to the Head of Demand Generation, and play a vital role in executing a comprehensive ABM strategy across key channels.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping strategic account-based marketing campaigns to drive demand generation for products and personas across marketing channels and full-funnel activities.Work in collaboration with the Head of Go-to-Market Strategy, Operations, and Enablement on account identification, list building, and outreach messaging frameworkBe a marketing generalist, supporting efforts in paid media, product and content marketing, webinars, and video.Collaborate with the marketing operations team to utilize data-based recommendations that drive more engagement and conversions across marketing channelsLead vertical based media strategy including the development of relevant and compelling engagements with key personas at target accounts.Manage ABM-focused, social media campaigns and thought leadership on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube.Develop a deep understanding of Virtuous’ products, messages, customers, the nonprofit sector, and the overall buyer's journeyAlign Customer Journey throughout marketing funnels including digital marketing channels, webinar topics, conferences, partner resources, referrals, reviews and testimonials.What Success Looks LikeCreate pipeline, specifically Stage 2 opportunities (demo stage) for mid-market sales teamsManage and run multiple campaigns in tandemBuild target lists oriented around ideal customer profileIdentify messaging, pain points and value propositionsGather stakeholders in sales, partners, CS and marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns including in person events, email marketing, calling campaigns, paid ads, workshops, and direct mail campaignsYou have command of the messaging at Virtuous, and focus on taking action to get into market quickly - utilizing sales and partners to drive awareness faster and through multi channelsYou project manage with others well, but you are able to execute independently and focus on activities that drive pipeline faster. You are a master quarterbackYou think like an entrepreneur and take creative risks to drive exponential growthYou are in front of prospects often - you crave learning from themYou Must Have4+ years of successful digital marketing execution where you built and/or optimized an ABM strategy in a B2B SaaS environmentExperience working in a fast paced environment oriented around deliverables and outcomes based assessmentTrack record of using retargeting and audience-building strategies to accelerate target account engagement, pipeline growth, and closed dealsExperience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
