We are BUILT FOR THE WILD.The Production Designer will work closely with the Director, Production Design, graphic designers, and art directors to produce final, print, digital and web-ready files that meet all technical requirements while maintaining creative integrity. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and who is technically proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. The purpose of this role is to take some of the weight of asset building off of the conceptual teams by utilizing efficient production workflows that also ensure pixel perfect asset delivery under tight deadlines. There will be minimal original artwork created in this role. You must be able to take design direction with ease, while staying extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

Able to take design direction and implement it across various sizes of print & digital assets including billboards, packaging, website assets, display banners and social media postsWork closely with Marketing Operations to ensure projects are on trackAssist Design team whenever neededReview all art files for accuracyJuggle multiple projects while managing tight deadlinesQualifications and Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experienceAt least 2 years of production design experienceExpertise in Creative Suite and ability to learn new software as neededExpert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including clipping, color correcting and retouching of studio and lifestyle photographyExpert level skills in the Adobe CC SuiteExperience working in FigmaComplete understanding of the print process including CMYK and spot color systemsComplete understanding of design applications used to pre-flight and prepare accurate print ready and digital art filesExtreme attention to detailPre-press and digital production knowledgeExperience with consumer product brandsResponsive to constructive criticism and humbly accepting of design directionAbility to pivot quickly when strategies changePackaging Design experienceMotion Design / 3D experienceHTML5 rich media experienceYETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Our commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture is at the center of everything we do for our YETIzens.
