Duties & Responsibilities

Performs a variety of administrative activities in support of functional areas such as finance, sales, marketing, purchasing, RD'M, human resources, IT, etc. or for a specific project/business/technical unit.May provide administrative support to individuals as needed.Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.Compiles, reviews, and analyzes data.Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.May design processes to enhance work flow.Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.Works with other members of the team to help resolve issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 1 year or more previous marketing experience or High School degree plus 3-5 years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience required.Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience.Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.Knowledge of Office applications/database.Good organization skills.Attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate without restriction.

Eligibility Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)Must be 18 years of age or older
