Our Marketing Manager will oversee a team of content marketers, while managing multiple marketing projects at once and collaborating at all levels of the firm.ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, and develop marketing professionals to support the overall goals of the firmDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisitionManage and optimize marketing campaigns across various media, including digital, broadcast, print, social media, and other platformsOversee and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website trafficManage creation of engaging content for social media platforms to increase audience engagement and grow our online communitySupervise design of website and both internal and external promotional materialsPerform market and brand research and analysisAnalyze key marketing performance metrics/analytics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization, segmentation, and client acquisitionLiaise with executives and marketing team on DeMayo Cares programStay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure cutting-edge strategiesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 5-10 years of corporate marketing or advertising experienceExperience leading a team of marketers while managing multiple projects at onceExperience supporting executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentExperience and comfort interacting across all levels of an organization, including senior management and external partnersExperience developing and managing strategic plans, budgets, and external resourcesDirect and concise verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrable project management skills (seeing a project through from inception to execution) and forecasting abilityExceptional follow-through and results-oriented mindsetAbility to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision as well as escalate issues as neededAnalytical skills – collecting, visualizing, and interpreting informationProficient knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Team player who is passionate, self-motivated, and energeticBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision insuranceBase life insurance paid by the firm plus supplemental optionShort and long-term disability paid by the firm401(k) with matchPTO, plus holidays and paid volunteer time offEducation and gym reimbursementEqual Opportunity StatementDeMayo Law Offices is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
