Minimum 2+ years experience in a Design Lead or PM roleExperience in the automotive, defense, or aerospace industry is preferredExperience utilizing a 3D sketch-based CAD software as a DesignerAbility to work under deadlines is essential for success in this positionExcellent communication skills with customers, peers, and subordinates are criticalStrong multitasking and prioritization abilities are also essentialWillingness to work overtime as needed, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloadsAvailability to work between 40 to 60 hours per week based on project demandsPreferred Qualifications
