Essential Responsibilities and FunctionsGraphic Design:Create visually compelling designs for promotional materials including flyers, exterior banners, recipes, brochures, direct mail campaigns, in-store signage, e-newsletters, other digital assets, and any other store design needs.Coordination of production vendors and timelinesUphold brand standards and maintain brand asset and media libraryEnsure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including materials needed by administrative and operational teams.Content Creation:Build and maintain the Co-op's ongoing promotional content calendarDevelop engaging and informative content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to generate content ideas that align with promotional objectives.Create eye-catching graphics and visuals to enhance omnichannel presence.Event Coordination:Assist in planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and product launches.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event implementation.Team/Department CollaborationWork closely with the sales and merchandising teams to create promotional materials that drive sales.Collaborate with the store management team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.Collaborate with Lexington Co-op's service providers and vendors on campaigns and promotions.Print and Digital Marketing:Oversee the production and execution of print materials, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, online advertising, and website maintenance.Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.Utilize market research to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.Other Duties · Align with the Co-op Culture and ValuesModel customer service standards in all interactions with shoppers, vendors, staff and other stakeholders.Attend and participate in several leadership and team meetings weekly and adapt schedule to changing needs that arise.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.Physical Job RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
