This full-time, exempt role, based in Hopkins, MN, reports to the VP Sales & Marketing. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing brand strategies that drive consumer demand.Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development:

Formulate and oversee a comprehensive brand strategy for EDCO and our portfolio of brands.Devise and execute national marketing strategies to enhance brand growth objectives and drive revenue growth.Develop branding and positioning strategies to differentiate both existing and new products in the marketplace.Spearhead the creation of marketing communication elements and supervise creative aspects supporting brand strategies.Market Development:

Conduct competitive analysis, including monitoring advertising trends and new product launches.Provide strategic input to EDCO's overarching business plan.Develop and implement media strategies.Manage internal media messaging and resources.Cultivate partnerships that yield positive outcomes for the business.Lead market research efforts and formulate social media strategies.Design and implement purchase funnel strategies from consumer awareness to purchase, while representing EDCO at industry and consumer events.Occasional travel to represent EDCO at industry and consumer events and/or tradeshows.Employee Development:

Directly manage and foster the growth of the Lead Generation Specialist and Marketing Communications Specialist.Serve as a coach and mentor to colleagues within EDCO and the Sales team.Educate the entire organization on essential marketing principles and metrics.Undertake additional duties as assigned.Competencies:

Bachelor's degree required within Marketing, or related area of study.5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a Marketing Manager role; experience within the building materials, construction or related industry is a plus.Proficiency in managing a marketing budget.Experience in managing agencies and media resources.Track record in brand strategy development and implementation.Ability to develop and lead targeted digital advertising programs.Expertise in leading social media strategy and implementation.Skilled in developing effective marketing materials.Experience with lead generation and guiding contacts through the purchase funnel.Working Environment:
