One that is safe, smart, and sustainable.Primary Responsibilities:P&L responsibility across multiple product lines; i.e., revenue, product cost, quality, and installAnalyze core and adjacent markets, developing strategies for growth and driving go-to-market strategyDefining each market by the channel and distributionAble to lay out the pricing landscape by market and create cost recommendationsParticipate in the Phase Gate process to ensure organization alignmentAnalyze products through the Product Life Cycle process and make strategy recommendations for each phaseDefine messaging for New Product Introductions that resonate with consumers that can be passed to Marketing CommunicationRequired Skills:Able to define market segments by price point, channels, distribution, share, and decision factorsAnalyze P&L and identify factors that influence growth and profitabilityFamiliar with a Phase Gate processAble to work cross-department between Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and SalesStrong critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify trends in financial data and develop creative solutions to address negative trendsRequired Education/Experience:8+ years of marketing experience in a B2C modelBachelor's degree in relative fieldSuccessful track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
