opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be

$35/hr - $38/hr depending on level of experience

.What You’ll Do:Generate and deliver lists for direct mail, email, and social mediaCreate new or modify existing audience selection criteria, using IBM Campaign (Unica), by collaborating with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional team on target audience activities (i.e. project documentation, test design setup, promo history updates, etc.)Ensure targeted list pulls are quality controlled, timely, accurate, and effectively identify the most relevant customer populationsGenerate ad-hoc target selection universe counts, waterfall counts, and communicate findings/reports on moderately complex marketing campaignsTroubleshoot issues with lists and data as they arise and see these issues through to resolutionWhat You’ll Need:1+ year of IBM Campaign (Unica) experience1-2+ years of marketing analyst/data analyst experienceDemonstrated ability to analyze data and resolve data/targeting issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment
