Our ideal candidate will act as the lead strategist for their client accounts – driving growth through effective strategic development and tactical implementation of best-in-class web, inbound, and account-based marketing services.This person will work closely with team members to develop strategies and execute tactics that deliver growth-driven web design, traffic generation, lead conversion, lead nurturing, CRM implementation, sales enablement, and ABM services to our clients. Some day-to-day activities may include:Client Setup and Ongoing Management:Website, inbound, and ABM strategy developmentMarketing automation technical implementation (setup & integrations)Ongoing project planning and managementReporting setup and analytics reviewRegular meetings with internal team and client executivesTraffic Generation:Blogging, SEO, social publishing strategy and implementationAd development and implementationVideo and other content creation and managementLead Conversion:Conversion path creationA/B testingAd campaign managementLead Nurturing:Lead nurturing and automationMOFU/BOFU offer creationPersonalized contentLead scoringCRM integration/closed-loop reportingCRM Implementation:Custom fields and view creation, deal stage setupData import and cleansing, integrations, ongoing optimizationLive chat and chatbot trainingSetup conversations and calling softwareSetup workflows and automationEmail template creation and optimizationSales and marketing goal settingLead hand-off procedure and feedbackQualifications and Skills:

3-5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns3-5+ years digital marketing agency experience preferredA proven track record of building and executing data-driven and creative digital marketing strategiesMust be a team player; no jerks allowed!Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)Able to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, details and relationships at the same timeExperience working with CMSs (WordPress, Drupal, CMS Hub)Detail-oriented, analytical with a meticulous work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHubSpot inbound marketing expertise a HUGE plusLinkedIn and Google Ads expertiseGoogle Analytics/GA4 expertiseSEMrush or similar SEO platform expertiseWeb design and development skills (HTML/CSS/JS, Adobe Creative Suite)ABM experienceExperience managing B2B campaigns, especially in telecom, IT, and cloud servicesThis is currently a work-from-home opportunity that requires some mandatory travel throughout the year.
