The Field Marketing Manager at Siteimprove plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans that will drive lead and demand generation for the US Market. The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing key marketing programs and plans, delivering programs to drive KPIs that are measurable, and introducing best practices that scale. This role manages and executes the marketing programs to support vertical- and territory-based marketing strategies, including regional campaigns, live events, email, and webinars. This role also collaborates with the corporate marketing and local sales departments to localize global campaigns and create local campaigns that drive the visibility and adoption of company messaging, product launches, and more.What you will be doing

Lead the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan for the US, in support of the sales organization s growth objectives and timelinesCreate new, and optimize existing, marketing strategies that support both long-term and immediate-term growth objectivesEnsure successful execution of the marketing plan, including the development of sales collateral and marketing communications, event strategy and plan, sales enablement and engagement, and other communication initiativesWork with the field marketers and corporate marketing teams to develop detailed campaign project plans, which include goals, messaging, calls to action, distribution strategies, and schedulesAnalyze campaign effectiveness, modify campaigns based on conclusions, and clearly articulate results to stakeholdersAct as the liaison between sales and marketing, ensure that the sales team has access to the latest resources from marketing, and work closely with sales leadership and Customer Success to make sure the sales team knows how to leverage those resourcesCommunicate with all appropriate, cross-functional team members regarding goals, objectives, overviews, timelines, requirements, messaging, etc.Build and demonstrate an excellent understanding of Siteimprove s capabilities, how they compare to competitive offerings, and how they are positioned in the US marketLead the team with integrity and create an environment where team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes themPerform other related duties as assignedWhat we will require of you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesMinimum 4+ years of experience in a marketing role or equivalentValid PassportWhat we will love about you

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent, preferably in B2B / Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company with progressive growth or equivalentMinimum 2+ years of experience managing a team of professionals or equivalentExperience managing marketing automation within Pardot or a similar platformDemonstrated ability to lead and manage the performance of a team while supporting business needsExperience supporting sales teams and driving sales enablement initiativeAbility to think strategically, define short- and long-term plans, and execute activities on a day-to-day basisSolid understanding of lead and demand generation and CRMProven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targetsCapability to thrive in a matrix organization that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multi-culturalAnalytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, analyze, and derive actionable insights and achieve desired resultsAbility to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels.Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high-growth environment where priorities change oftenBase pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
