The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies and tactics that drive company performance objectives. The purpose of the Marketing Manager position is to effectively manage the marketing, branding, promotional and advertising activities ultimately resulting in the creation of qualified leads for our partner recruitment and partner success teams.Strategic thinker with experience in B2B marketing, a proven track record in lead generation success, marketing strategy and execution, with hands-on execution capabilities.Practical experience in assessing and collecting content and persona requirements, subsequently translating them into impactful sales and marketing content assets within an ABM strategy.Able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Analytical mindset with the ability to use various data sources for decision-making, with an ability to drive actionable insights from data.Proficiency in various marketing technologies and platforms, including marketing automation tools.Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.Excellent written and verbal communications, including the ability to write in a compelling and authoritative style.Lead and manage budgets and ROI for performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, programmatic advertising, email marketing and conversion optimization.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Possess strong leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage conflict and problem solve in a highly collaborative environment.Self-starter with a passion for growth.Willingness to travel for internal and external meetings and events (up to 20%).Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline requiredMinimum of 8 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role or equivalent and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments.Established background in Business to Business Lead Generation marketing preferred.Certifications and Licenses

Valid Florida Driver License and must have a clean driving record.Physical Demands and Work Environment
