Under the direction of the VP of Business Development, the Marketing Manager will support and manage all areas as it relates to the essential duties listed below. Interaction with all departments is required to manage internal communication within BCT as well as the Brand and Corporate Marketing Plans. This person is expected to be a highly motivated, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, have a strong attention to detail; ability to interact well with others in the organization to resolve problems and meet deadlines with high proficiency.Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Event Coordination - Coordinate all tradeshows, events, on-site and off-site meetings, hospitality events, etc. Manage all correspondence for shows, displays, equipment, hotels, meeting space as required. Handle from A-Z. Manage relationships with trade & associations.Advertising - Responsible for working with our graphic designer to create and produce advertisements, collateral materials (to include literature, spec sheets, etc.) email campaigns, company newsletter, and other materials such as trade listings, online listings, web sponsorship campaigns, etc.Media Development - Develop and maintain both on-line and printed materials for the company online photos, video, spec sheets, bulletins, and brochures portal.Public Relations - Duties include writing press releases and working with trade press to position BCT news and articles. Writing industry articles and developing PowerPoint presentations for industry events, writing web site content as well as blogs and maintaining social media posts.Website - Responsible for working with web developer to write and develop web site content, images, and web site navigation. Responsible for managing AdWords campaign, SEO strategy, and analytics to monitor website and E-Commerce.Marketing Planning and Budgets - Responsible for creating and managing marketing plans and budgets, working closely with VP of Business Development and President.Management of the BCT marketing team and their projects as well as Outside contractors hired by BCT.Travel up to 25% of the time to attend tradeshows, visit customer sites, and train other employees.Product Line Marketing - Research new markets, manage Salesforce (CRM) corresponding with the ERP system (Epicor) to review, develop, and manage the marketing of our products.Helps drive and support BCT's Culture and Core Values.Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. B.S. degree in Marketing or Advertising Required. Master's degree in related field preferred.Minimum 6 years of Marketing experience with 3 years of Management experience, preferably in a Manufacturing Environment.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management system (CRM).Experience with using or accessing data within an ERP system (Epicor or other related systems).E-Commerce experience preferred.Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Physical Demands

When in the shop, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the shop is sometimes loud enough to require hearing protection.BCT is hiring!
