As a Partner Marketing Manager , you will have the opportunity to develop and manage marketing programs with our strategic partners, all while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. You will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, demand, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will have the opportunity to spearhead efforts to identify potential partners, build relationships with existing partners, and collaborate on joint marketing campaigns to promote Engrain’s products. This position requires a base knowledge of SAAS and a penchant for analytics.

What You’ll Do...Boost lead generation through the sales funnel by designing and delivering optimal partner tools and resources in collaboration with product marketing, business development, and operational leaders.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and product marketing to develop and implement compelling content and high-performing lead-generation campaigns.Spearhead the creation of the partner communications strategy, managing all associated activities and deliverables. Identify and bridge communication gaps within the organization to successfully integrate partner ecosystems.Build and manage tailored co-marketing campaigns with partners, spanning from awareness to close stages, including industry events, webinars, and digital campaigns.Align marketing strategies with product roadmaps and sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market solutions through partnerships.Advocate for partners among key internal stakeholders and foster strong partner relationships.Lead ongoing partner enablement, collaborating with cross-functional product marketing and sales subject matter experts to deliver partner demand gen enablement resources.Ensure effective tracking and reporting of outcomes.Manage the marketing budget for partnership activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation while optimizing engagement and lead generation.

RequirementsSkills required:4+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in partner marketing and 3 years in demand generation or field marketing roles.Possess an expert understanding of driving pipeline and joint activities with and through the partner ecosystem.Background in a B2B environment, preferably in high-tech products/services.Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and the ability to influence decision-makers.Experience collecting and analyzing data from various sources to make informed business decisions and recommendations.Strong understanding of best-in-class marketing techniques. Generate fresh ideas for partner-led marketing offerings and continue to develop new methods and approaches.Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in a technology or real estate-focused industry.Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.Adeptness in managing the details of multiple projects in multiple phases at once.Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal.Able to think and act proactively.Experience with SAAS required.

What We Offer You...Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $110,000 to $135,000.
