Customer focus is at the heart of this role, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression and inspires our customers on their musical journey.General ResponsibilitiesGenerate and drive sales within a specified musical instruments product categoryFoster and maintain customer relationships through the entire customer life cycleComplete daily customer outreach to connect the right gear to the right peopleWork with management to set and achieve goals for establishing, growing and expanding gross sales and marginServe as the go-to person for any customer leads, questions, calls, transactions, and returns related to your product categoryOptional: Participate in product demonstration videos for our social media and YouTube channels – an opportunity to establish your personal brand as a CME sales representative!RequirementsAny amount of sales experience with a proven track record of success, bonus points for music retail sales experienceKnowledge and expertise of musical instrumentsProficient with technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Our tech stack includes Netsuite, Shopify, MacOS, and GSuite

Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand and move on feet for extended periods of timeAbility to crouch, kneel, lift objects overhead, and climb ladders on occasionAdditional Info and BenefitsFull-time position, based out of our store location.
