In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining day to day relationships and managing the performance of our digital media buys. These include prospecting emails, direct digital buys, online partnerships, affiliate relationships, etc. You will be given responsibility over a large share of media spend and a variety of partners right out of the gate and will have the ability to make decisions that directly impact the business. You’ll help us learn by testing new placements, creative, and partners every chance we get.Primary responsibilities include:Manage affiliate relationships: optimizing to KPI goals and collaborating with our external partners and our internal brand team to refresh and create net-new content regularlyManage digital partnerships including solo emails, newsletters, and employee membership perksManage direct online media buys including email vendors, native, display, and high-impact banners across contextually relevant partnersWork closely with the internal brand team to ensure all content is up to brand standardsWork closely with the internal eComm team to ensure landing pages are updated in accordance with partner promotionsIndependently lead calls with existing vendors & distribute notes and follow upsPartner with Digital Manager to discover and evaluate new affiliate and digital partners opportunities.Maintain internal media plans and budget trackersOnboard new partners, familiar with marketing operations.Measure campaign results and optimize relentlesslyWhat You’ll Bring

Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented approachExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsStrong data analytical ability and comfort with numbersAbility to maintain great relationships with external vendors and partnersEntrepreneurial mindset & sense of urgency and accountabilityProficiency in Google Sheets and MS ExcelFamiliarity with Tableau is a bonusCompletion of an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree3+ years of experience managing digital media; affiliate management and use of the platform, Impact, is desiredWhat Values You’ll Share
