A mid-size privately held and institutionally focused real estate investment and property management firm is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing graphics, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to enhance our company's brand presence. This is a Remote/Hybrid position .
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop, optimize, and implement a coordinated social media strategy for the corporate and executive levels of the organization.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with overall marketing initiatives.Graphic Design:Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, digital marketing materials, signage, pitchbooks, and other collateral.Generate creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual content.Content Creation:Collaborate with various teams within the organization to create engaging and shareable content for social media promotion.Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.Software Proficiency:Proficient in Canva software for graphic design.Preferably skilled in Adobe Suite for more advanced design projects.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with other departments to understand their needs for graphic design and social media support.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.Coordinate with external vendors if necessary.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media initiatives.Use data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in graphic design and social media coordination.Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Ability to be flexible and change directions quickly.Proficiency in Canva and preferably familiar with Adobe Suite.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
